GO AS U.R. highly values and respects your privacy. We promise to only use and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the other applicable regulations. Every reference in this Privacy Statement to the ‘GDPR’ is a reference to the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data.

By using our Website, the User declares having read this Privacy Statement and explicitly agrees to the possible collecting and processing of personal data as described in this document. GO AS U.R. is free to rely on data processors. A processor is the natural or legal person who processes your personal data upon request and on behalf of the data controller. The processor is required to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Each processor shall always act on the instructions of GO AS U.R.

5. For which purposes is my personal data being used?

The processing of your personal data is therefore essential for the proper functioning of the Website and the provision of associated services. If certain personal data is missing, incorrect or incomplete, GO AS U.R. reserves the right to suspend or cancel certain operations.

The deletion of data is mainly related to visibility; it is possible that the deleted data are still temporarily stored.

We promise to respond as soon as possible, and no later than one (1) month after receipt of your request. No costs will be charged when you exercise your rights.

 

10. Possibility to lodge a complaint


If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by GO AS U.R., you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (for Belgium: https://www.privacycommission.be/).

 

11. Court of competent jurisdiction


In the event of any dispute regarding the execution or interpretation of this Privacy Policy, GO AS U.R. will do everything in its power to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute may be submitted to an arbitration and mediation center (such as CEPANI).

All disputes relating to or arising from the processing of personal data by GO AS U.R will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district Antwerp.
