01. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. You can register on our website if you like, but it’s not necessary.

02. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Go to ‘login’ on the home page and click on ‘forgot your password?’. Enter your e-mail address in the empty field. A new password will then be e-mailed to you. 

03. How can I change my personal data?

You can change your account information by clicking on ‘login’. Enter your e-mail address and your password, and your go as u.r account will be displayed. You can then update your e-mail address, name, password and shipping information. Just click on ‘modify’, and ‘save’ after you have made your changes. 

04. Is my account information secure ?

Yes. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us, and we will never give out your personal details. We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information. Please read our full Privacy policy carefully.

Ordering

01. How do I know whether an item is in stock?

If a size is sold out or no longer available, the size will be crossed through or the message ‘out of stock’ will be displayed.

02. How will I know my order has been received?

An e-mail is automatically sent to you to confirm receipt of your order.

03. Does go as u.r have any sales?

No. We have a ‘no-sales’ policy. We offer on-the-go clothing and on-the-go beauty that suits your on-the-go lifestyle no matter where you are – at home or on holiday. New items arrive throughout the year and sell out when they sell out.

04. Where can I buy go as u.r?

All go as u.r products can be purchased online via the webshop. You can view a list of the countries that we ship to by clicking on ‘delivery’.

05. What size should I choose?

When you shop for go as u.r clothing, you will see the product measurements, a size conversion chart and the model’s measurements. Simply cross-check these measurements against your own measurements to ensure that you order the correct size. All go as u.r clothing is in EU sizes. The models featured on our product pages wear size XS. If the item doesn’t fit, you can always return it. Please carefully read the information about returns in our Terms and conditions.

02. How much will I have to pay in duties in taxes?

If you are based within the EU, all duties and taxes are already included in the price stated. However, customs/import duties and taxes are payable by the customer for all deliveries outside of the EU, according to the regulations of these countries. These taxes vary according to the country and the value of the shipment. Duties and taxes are charged once the goods reach the destination country. Customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs clearance charges, import duties and taxes.

03. When will my payment be deducted?

You are committed once you click on ‘order’ at the end of the ordering process. The payment will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is validated. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment.

Delivery

01. How soon will I receive my order?

Once your goods have been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your goods are on their way. All goods are shipped within two days. This is how long we need to process the order, prepare and package the products, and draw up the invoice before we dispatch products in stock.

You can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 working days for Belgium, 5 days for other EU countries and up to 7 days outside of the EU. There are no Saturday deliveries.

02. What does delivery cost?

* This price also includes packaging and handling, and applies to all parcels. Please note that Belgian VAT applies (the prices displayed include VAT).

 

Returns policy

01. Can I return my products?

You can return a product within 14 days after delivery. The following return restrictions apply:

On-the-go wear:

We do not accept returns on products showing any signs of use (including, but not limited to: stains, streaks, tears, odours, etc.).

On-the-go beauty:

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, go as u.r beauty products cannot be returned after they have been unsealed. As a consequence, any skincare and make-up product that has been removed from the sealed bag cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning a purchased item.

01. Can I send a gift?

If you want to send a gift to someone, you can mention it at the end of the order process by: - Specifying the lucky person’s delivery address.

Packaging

01. Respecting the environment

We believe in respecting the environment and working with nature. By sourcing as many sustainable materials as possible, we hope to enrich the environment and protect it for the future. Therefore, our packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic, (partially) biodegradable plastic, cardboard, FSC or recycled paper. Please recycle or dispose of these packaging materials appropriately.

00. Tested & developed as natural cosmetics

go as u.r skincare and make-up products are tested and developed as natural cosmetics produced in Europe.

> 98% of ingredients within our skincare range are natural, > 95% of ingredients within our make-up range are natural.

Some of these are also certified organic.

Our products are free from parabens, SLS, petrochemicals, mineral oils, phthalates and sulphates.

01. Why do you use the term nature-based science?

Because we use natural ingredients and include science in our developments:

On the one hand:

- We use plant extracts and vegetable oils that are packed with vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids, to truly nourish your skin.

On the other hand:

- We also include specific nature-based technologies such as probiotics for skin protection and regeneration, and a moisturising technology for hydration that lasts for up to 48 hours.

In line with our active, urban lifestyles, we include powerful concentrations of these active ingredients to guarantee a quick, visible and long-lasting result!

02. What are parabens, and is all go as u.r make-up & skincare free from parabens?

Parabens are essentially synthetic ingredients that are used as preservatives. Like many artificial things, they can cause irritation to the skin. The entire go as u.r range is free from parabens, which is great news for you! We use nature-based scientific ingredients in our products, and our thoughtful formulations contain minimal to zero preservatives (< 1%).

03. Is go as u.r make-up suitable for vegans?

Yes, all of our products are free from animal products!

04. Does go as u.r test on animals?

No, we absolutely do not test on animals. Who would do that? All of our products are manufactured in Belgium and Italy, where animal testing has been strictly prohibited in the cosmetics industry since 2013.

05. Why do you use bacteria in go as u.r skincare?

We want to be future focused and have incorporated friendly, good bacteria [probiotics: ProRenew Complex CLR (Lactococcus lactys)] into our cell renewal face cream, vitalising serum, body lotion and facial mist to accelerate skin renewal and hence improve the skin biome. A healthy skin biome equals happy, healthy skin.

06. What is skin renewal?

Ageing skin (caused by age but also by an urban lifestyle) becomes dull, dry and rough because the renewal process slows down and becomes less effective. That's why we need peeling and resurfacing to reveal healthy, moisturised skin again. ProRenew Complex CLR improves the speed and quality of this renewal process.

07. What is the skin biome?

What is the skin biome? Our skin has a delicate balance of bacteria (good and bad!) called the skin biome. In fact, we have between 10,000 and 1 million bacteria per square centimetre! An urban lifestyle, environmental aggressors and personal hygiene undermine this balance and make the skin more susceptible to certain challenges (sensitivity, irritation, etc.).

08. Are go as u.r products suitable for sensitive skin?

We have two products in our range that are perfect to use even if you have highly sensitive skin: go as u.r gel-to-milk H2O-free cleanser and go as u.r radiant protective mist, containing phytodefense, with magnolia grandiflora and rosemary extracts.

09. How do you suggest applying your skincare products?

With our busy schedules, we love a straightforward day-to-night routine:

step 1| cleanse and exfoliate.

step 2| apply two drops of serum onto clean, dry skin.

step 3| apply facial cream.

step 4| go for a quick facial mist to top up throughout the day.

step 5| cleanse and exfoliate.

step 6| apply two drops of serum before your moisturiser.

10. What is the base used for go as u.r powders?

Among other ingredients, the base consists of a mixture of various types of mica (mica is natural mineral glitter) and corn starch, along with avocado oil, sunflower oil and chamomile extract.
